Simgui's R & D is conducted in close collaboration with Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology (SIMIT), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS).
A commercial spin-off of SIMIT, Simgui pecialized in supplying SOI wafers and providing foundry services for epitaxial wafers. Simgui takes great proud of its strong team which is made up of:
One academician of CAS and 6 professors;
6 young and active Ph. Ds;
5 senior and experienced engineers and experimentalists; and
More than 30 post-doctors, Ph.D. students and post graduators.
